Led business and technical teams of up to 10 colleagues, alongside offshore and outsourced supplier teams of up to 20, with project budgets of up to £2.5 million. Managed a portfolio of seven cybersecurity projects, drawing on expertise in network security and infrastructure solution design.

• Implemented a new SIEM platform to replace an obsolete system, meeting a regulator-mandated deadline.
• Recovered two underperforming branded insurance projects, avoiding significant penalties associated with delivery delays.
• Saved £600 per day by agreeing a simplified approach to penetration testing, removing the need for external testers.
• Reduced cycle times by 30% during early implementation by coaching squads to optimise workloads using ActionableAgile metrics.
• Helped transition the organisation to Agile delivery, coaching squads in Scrum, Kanban and Flight Levels and supporting remote delivery during COVID-19 lockdowns.
• Integrated new systems with the legacy IT estate as part of a wider change programme, delivering on schedule and within budget.
